AccessLens

Is your website locking out customers?

Over 3,100 website accessibility lawsuits were filed in US federal court in 2025 alone — up 27% from the year before — and most small business sites have never been checked. Scan yours free and get a plain-English list of what to fix first.

No account needed. Takes about 30 seconds.

We're in early access — ongoing monitoring plans (normally $29–$79/mo) are free to use right now, no card required.

What a scan actually checks

We run the same open-source engine (axe-core) accessibility engineers use, then translate the results out of jargon.

Color & contrast

Text that's too light to read, especially for low-vision visitors or anyone outdoors on a phone.

Images & icons

Pictures and icon-only buttons with no description for screen reader users.

Forms

Contact forms, checkouts, and booking forms with unlabeled fields people can't fill in confidently.

Keyboard & navigation

Menus, modals, and links that trap or ignore anyone who can't use a mouse.

Structure & headings

Page structure that assistive tech can actually navigate, not just scroll through.

Mobile zoom

Pages that block pinch-to-zoom, cutting off anyone who needs to enlarge text.

No signup. Takes 30 seconds to kick off.

2

We scan a few pages

A real browser loads your site and runs a full WCAG 2.1 check.

Get a prioritized fix list

Ranked by real-world impact, in plain English, with exact fixes.

Common questions

Is this the same as an ADA compliance certification?

No. There's no official government certification for ADA website compliance. AccessLens checks your site against the WCAG 2.1 technical standard that courts and the DOJ reference in accessibility lawsuits, and gives you a prioritized, plain-English list of what to fix. Think of it as a serious head start, not a legal guarantee.

How long does a scan take?

Usually under a minute. We load your homepage and a few of its linked pages in a real browser, run the industry-standard axe-core accessibility engine against them, and turn the results into a report.

Do I need to create an account to scan my site?

No — run a free scan with just a URL. You'll see your score and your top issues immediately; unlocking the complete, prioritized list just takes an email address.

What's the difference between the free scan and a paid plan?

The free scan is a one-time snapshot of a few pages. Our ongoing monitoring plans add a schedule, more pages per scan, history over time, and (on Pro) white-label PDF reports — normally $29–$79/mo, free for everyone while we're in early access.

Can automated scanning catch every accessibility problem?

No tool can — automated scans reliably catch roughly a third to half of WCAG success criteria; the rest (like whether alt text is actually meaningful, or a video's captions are accurate) need a human reviewer. AccessLens is built to catch the common, fixable issues fast and cheaply, which is where most real-world risk and most quick wins live.
